7. 7. In order to release the bonus, customers must accumulate Player Points. These player points are converted to real money at defined intervals.
8. 8. For cash games, Player Points are awarded based on the rake that you contribute to each pot. 3.25 Player Points are awarded for every dollar you contribute in rake. Points are awarded in 0.01 steps, for example if you contribute 0.4 dollar in rake you will receive 1.3 Player Points. For tournaments, 5 Player Points will be awarded for every dollar in fee, for example by participating in a $5+0.50 tournament you will receive 2.5 Player Points.
9. 9. The promoter reserves the right to alter, terminate or withdraw the promotion at any time and at its own discretion.
10. 10. The bonus will be released in segments of $100 into your account for every 1000 Guru Points earned, until either the bonus expires or the full bonus is released (if bonus amount is less than $100 all funds will be released in one payment).
11. 11. The bonus has a lifetime of 60 days and will expire at this time. Any bonus points not converted to real money will expire.
12. 12. In the event of any offer abuse being identified or suspected in the poker room, promotional bonuses will not be granted and the promoter reserves the right to prohibit or exclude certain individuals, groups or regions from the promotions with immediate effect.
